With a farm-to-table approach, the chefs at Flyover design unique meals around seasonal food while staying true to their roots of Midwest flavor. Centered around a wood fire stone oven, Flyover creates one-of-a-kind meals you can't get enough of.
Offerings include traditional charcuterie boards, grazing tables, individual charcuterie cups, adult lunchables, and custom cake pops. Clients can work with Fig & Board to create an option that fits the size, style, and needs of their event, whether planning a wedding, bridal or baby shower, corporate gathering, graduation, holiday celebration, or private party.
